" Speaking of buying things online, ada beberapa criteria yang aku tengok untuk keep coming back, refreshing the page everyday and most importanly buy the item iaitu: 1. the price shud be cheap. yang ni aku rasa semua org punya kriteria kot. kalau harganya mahal berbanding blogshop lain sapa nak beli. diaorang boleh jual mahal untuk barang yang rare, yang orang lain tak jual. 2. first transaction mestilah transaction yang berjaya. Maksudku kat sini, seller sepatutnya check betul2 sizing and quantity requested by customer. jangan nanti customer request size lain pi pos size lain. sudahnya menyusahkan customer nak tukar size and what not. itu semua kos. 3. jangan bagi false hope which is bila customer mintak suruh book, book la benda tu. ada sesetengah blogshop ni, kita dah booking item tu, bila time nak bayar dah sold out. walhal it is stated in their terms and conditions section that the item can be reserved for three days. lepas 3 hari senyap je can open up for sale again. 4. prompt feedback. ini sangat-sangat la penting sebabnya, kalau dah dua tiga hari baru nak balas email, memang customer dah beli kat blog lain. itu yang apa ku dapat gather from my own experience. owh... satu lagi pesanan yang ku sentiasa ingat when it comes to jual beli ni... sentiasa lah lafaz akad jual beli (kecualila seller tu non-muslim) walaupun kita tak tengok lagi benda tu sebab insyaallah urusan dipermudahkan dan bila barang sampai kita akan puas hati"
